Ginger Cow takes safety seriously and has written statements on their policy and procedures. All staff and employees are trained in safety procedures before they are allowed to work in the unit.
A risk assessment is completed before each event and then is reassessed at the event to determine if the risk has changed. Our risk assessment form allows us to grade each risk against specific criteria to determine the probability of an incident.
